Andy Parham
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO and a member of the Bick Group Board of Directors, Andy Parham directs the company’s work in more than 1,000 data centers each year. His team leads performance improvement assignments in both private and third-party data centers with an emphasis
on balance sheet optimization, operating expense containment, energy efficiency, disaster recovery planning and capacity building. He is applying his experience in leadership, strategy and business development to Bick Group’s growth as the industry increases its need for the company’s mission-critical infrastructure expertise.
 
Prior to joining Bick Group, Parham was a partner of VSA Partners, a leading consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 companies, including Harley-Davidson, IBM, GE, and Caterpillar.
At VSA, he worked with executive leadership in large organizations to align their people, products and brands with their strategy. Parham holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Louis University.

Frank Bick
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer, Frank Bick oversees all finance, human resources and administration of Bick Group’s operations. Bick has been with the company for nearly 20 years, performing a variety of production, project management, administration, marketing and finance roles. He currently serves as a member of Bick Group’s executive management team and served as Project Executive for the design and construction of Bick Group’s i-Building® headquarters, which is a LEED Gold certified building. He earned his bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
 
Rick Tinucci

Executive Vice President
With more than three decades of experience, Rick Tinucci leads Bick Group’s work to deliver practical solutions that ensure customers gain the most value from their data center investments. His engineering, construction and service teams lead performance improvement in both private and third-party data centers with an emphasis on operating expense containment, scalability and capacity building. Tinucci’s teams achieve positive business outcomes by taking a fully integrated systems approach to space, energy and information technology. In addition, Tinucci is launching Bick Group’s Innovation Lab to pioneer new approaches that closely couple IT and facilities infrastructure at the rack and chip level.

Tinucci has more than 30 years of experience designing and implementing integrated building systems in mission-critical facilities throughout the United States and Canada. He has served as a director for several trade organizations and is currently a member of the Green Building Council, the Building Owners Management Association, and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers. Tinucci earned
a degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
 
Bill Russell

Executive Vice President IT Services
With more than 20 years in sales, service and business management, Bill Russell leads Bick Group's initiatives around IT strategy, technology and service delivery. He is a problem solver who draws on his experience running technology projects for Fortune 50 organizations, leading successful national service organizations, and his extensive technology experience and certifications. Prior to joining Bick Group, Russell founded Pioneer Solutions Group, providing IT strategy and interim leadership to a range of organizations, including many Fortune 500, higher education and small to medium business owners. Before that, Russell helped to restore a $200 million national service provider to profitability as their Vice President of IT services. He has a strong track record of award-winning services and business achievement. His unique blend of hands-on technical experience and business acumen allows Russell to see opportunities and create lasting solutions to client challenges. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.
 
Tad Davies

Executive Vice President
Approaching 25 years of experience in the data center services industry, Tad Davies leads teams that ensure customers gain the most value from their data center investments — physical and IT — and that those investments are in line with business needs. Since 1987, Davies has focused on data center strategies and consults regularly with executive teams in the U.S. and internationally in both the public and private sector. He has been praised for his collaborative approach to solving business issues and has been involved in the planning and construction of millions of square feet of data center space. Davies is active with numerous organizations including AFCOM, and is a member of the Data Center Institute’s Board of Directors. He regularly speaks at tradeshows and corporate events across the country. Davies, born in Melbourne, Australia, earned his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University’s Business School.

David Linthicum

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO of Bick Group, David Linthicum focuses on emerging technology spaces and the industry's move toward cloud computing. Linthicum is a widely recognized technology thought leader who has appeared in InfoWorld, Intelligent Enterprise, and eBizq.net, covering SOA and enterprise computing topics. He is a regular columnist in Government Computer News, Cloud Computing Journal, SOA Journal and Align Journal, and is the editor of Virtualization Journal. In addition to daily communications, Linthicum is the author of 13 books on computing, including the best-selling Enterprise Application Integration, currently in its fifth printing. His newest book, Cloud Computing and SOA Convergence, was released in October 2009.

Linthicum holds a degree from George Mason University, has had a successful academic career as adjunct professor for eight years, and continues to guest lecture at major universities, including University of Virginia, Arizona State University and the University of Wisconsin. He is currently focused on providing strategies and solutions to help Bick Group's clients realize the strategic and competitive advantages of the cloud to their enterprises.

Kevin Mattison

Senior Vice President Construction
Kevin Mattison has been with Bick Group since 1999. For the past decade, Mattison has been managing the Bick Group’s construction of data center ground-up and renovation projects for mission critical facilities. Many of the projects occur in active data centers where a thorough appreciation of developing MOP is essential. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry with an early emphasis in carpentry and structural steel iron working. Over the course of his career Mattison rose through the positions of apprentice, journeyman, foreman, general foreman, superintendent and general superintendent. Having working field experience has provided him with a practical approach to constructability of complex infrastructure. He also is knowledgeable of structural steel, rebar, and ornamental skins on buildings. Mattison has been involved with successful estimating and project management for a range of projects and programs that scale from $100,000 to $50 million.

Karl Lederman
Senior Vice President Design and Engineering
Karl Lederman has 30 years of experience in the design and installation of electrical systems, with a specific focus on the design and construction of data centers. For the past three decades, he has built a working knowledge of the range of disciplines involved with data center construction including architectural, mechanical, fire protection and communications. He began working in data centers in the 1970s as a field electrician. He progressed through superintendent and foreman positions into project management and design roles. Lederman began his career with Bick Group in 1993 and has extensive experience with and responsibility for designing, bidding, purchasing, scheduling, and supervising all phases of electrical projects. In addition, Lederman’s expertise covers all phases of HVAC work, including design, scheduling and supervising personnel, bidding and troubleshooting. He is also well versed in the design, installation and troubleshooting of voice/data network wiring systems.
