BICK GROUP SERVES JOPLIN TORNADO VICTIMS

Joplin, MO - October 9, 2011. Employees from Bick, Sealco, and Blue Mountain Labs business units join forces to help victims of the tornado in Joplin, MO. The tornado received national attention due to its severity and the number of lives lost.

Forty team members spent four days working on various home projects including roofing, siding, repairs, and painting.

“Sacrificing a long weekend pales in comparison to the sacrifices these folks have endured”, stated Karl Lederman. “I am proud of our team’s hard work to bring a little relief to the residents here in Joplin”

Mike Hickey, who leads Bick’s service department, led the organizing effort and is planning a follow-up trip in the spring.
